Residential Painting
Upon speaking with Renaissance Painting, we will schedule a convenient time to meet with you to review in person your painting needs. Upon completion of your initial meeting with our representative of Renaissance Painting, you will have a complete estimate. Once the estimate is accepted, the manager will be in constant communication with the homeowner regarding the schedule, paint selection and specific details.
The cost of the job is usually determined by the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, size of the job and materials and quality desired. It costs more to properly prepare a surface for painting than to give it the "quick once over".
A good preparation of the surface to be paint is that most important step of a professional painting.
We will try to meet your expectancy, but most important is that you will have a professional job that you will enjoy for the year to come.
Interior Painting
WATER DAMAGED WALLS AND/OR CEILINGS: Scrape damaged areas. Seal stain with alkyd oil base primer, float, sand smooth or texture, prime and apply finish coats.
WALLS AND/OR CEILINGS: Caulk and sand any nicks, nail pops, marks and small cracks as needed. Spot prime compounded areas and apply two finish coats.
DAMAGED WALLS AND/OR CEILINGS: Scrape and sand all large cracks and repair with new tape and bed, texture and prime.
Exterior Painting
PRESSURE WASH: Power wash all exterior wood with a 3,200-psi pressure washer.
WINDOWS: Remove window treatments if necessary. Caulk with 60 year caulking.
BODY AND TRIM: Scrape sand and prime all problem areas on wood with a premium alkyd primer.
Caulk all cracks and joints in wood with a 60-year silicone caulk.
Paint all exterior wood, gutters and doors with Sherwin Williams exterior house paint.
